1) when you sit down at the computer make sure to turn around and check to make sure Meebo is logged on. If it's not log it on.
2) when you are at the Meebo computer... check to make sure you can hear the speakers from the other side of the desk. The tone is the only indication you will have that someone is trying to contact you.
3) When leaving the desk unmanned, use the unavailable sign. we now have business cards that are to be put in front of the sign for people to pick up giving them our contact info.
